Fund Management Team
Gregory is a seasoned professional who brings extensive strategic and operational leadership experience. He has more than 15 years experience in the wealth management and asset management industries. Before joining Atlanticomnium, Gregory was COO at Harness Investment Group. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Pictet Asset Management and Pictet group where he held several roles of increasing responsibility including Head of Client Reporting and member of the Organization unit advising the Pictet partners. He began his career at Cambridge Partners as a consultant in corporate strategy in the financial industry. Mr Kreiss has served on several boards over the years. He holds a master degree from the Swiss Institute of Technology (EPFL) and is CFA Charterholder.
Marie-Dominique is the Head of Risk and Compliance and is also in charge of the relations with regulators. She has organized and supervised the company’s operations from 1997 to 2017. Prior to joining Atlanticomnium she held positions in International Trade and then worked in the Primary market division of S.G. Warburg in Geneva. She graduated in Management in Lyon, France and in Geneva, Switzerland.
Gianni Ferrari joined the team in October 2018 as Risk Officer, from Weisshorn Asset Management SA where he has been Risk Manager for 3 years. He was responsible for effective risk management policies, procedures and processes to identify, measure, manage and monitor all relevant investment risk. Gianni is approved by the Swiss Regulator (FINMA). He has also conducted and designed the risk management framework of his former employee so as to obtain the FINMA authorisation to operate as a fund manager. He is a specialist of UCITS regulations and risk software implementation. Before being a Risk Manager at Weisshorn Asset Management, he held financial controller positions at Electro Medical Systems, Radio Television Switzerland and Ilford Imaging.
He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from INSEEC in Paris and is Expert in financial market operations FMT from the Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals.
Stéphane holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva and is specialized in banking and financial law. He also holds a diploma in financial crime prevention from the University of Manchester (UK), a diploma in CISA compliance and a certification in Corporate Governance and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. After having spent more than 14 years as head of various operational departments within international banking groups, Stéphane founded InCompliance with other specialists.
Holding a master’s degree in political science from the University of Geneva, as well as a post-graduate diploma from the Graduate Institute, Lisa has worked more than ten years in the risk management field, within international banking groups such as BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank and Deutsche Bank. She was in charge of a team dedicated to the review of KYCs, performed a number of risk and control framework assessments and designed tools intended to the monitoring of risks. In 2015, she obtained the certificate of advanced studies ‘Compliance in Financial Services’ (aka ‘CAS in Compliance Management’) from the University of Geneva.
