Challenges and Management Style


The company acts as an adviser to open-ended publicly quoted specialist convertible bond funds and adviser to special situation bond funds, which include investments in convertibles, perpetual fixed rate securities, perpetual floating rate notes, high yield bonds, and other undervalued bond opportunities.

Investments are made for both yield and capital gains potential to achieve good absolute performance.

It is also an investment manager for a number of smaller institutions, pension funds and clients, with accounts in over thirty banks, brokers and finance companies in Europe and abroad.
